This interactive CD-ROM programme is a tool for novice learners of Japanese. It is based on the popular textbook "Japanese: The Spoken Language, Part 1" (Yale University Press, 1987). The two-disc set - available in Macintosh and PC formats - reflects "Japanese: The Spoken Language"'s sound methodology and, in a multimedia environment, complements the textbook with an interactive and user-friendly design.
