Claudia Ross has been teaching Chinese for over 25 years. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chinese Language Teachers Association and has twice served as president of the organization. She has also served many terms on the Editorial Board of the Journal of the Chinese Language Teachers Association. She has twice served as director of the CET language programme and she is a long term member of the academic advisory board of the CET language programme. Over the past thirty years she has lived, studied, and conducted research in Beijing and Taipei, and she is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Jocelyn Ross minored in Chinese and majored in geology at Hamilton College. She is currently an associate with the Balloch Group, working primarily on geology related projects in China.
